In Chili Pepper Magazine's 2008 “Fiery Foods Challenge”, RoBear's “Hot” Hickory Smoked Salsa won a First Place “Golden Chile” award. In 2007, the “Medium” Hickory Smoked Salsa won First Place in Fiery-Foods & BBQ Magazine's "Scovie Awards", and Third Place in the “Fiery Foods Challenge”, to add to the three national awards it had won in previous years.
